Hi. I am a new user of .nc and .he5 files from Earth data and am wondering if there is a process to extract point data from tropospheric NO2 files that I have downloaded from Earth Data using Vapor.
I appreciate any assistance or direction.

i’m not sure I completely understand your problem. Currently, VAPOR only supports data that are sampled on a grid of some type, such as regular, curvilinear, etc. Unstructured collections of points are not supported at the moment, though we do plan to add support for them in the future.
