I would like to know if it is possible at add text to an image. I have a visualization of some WRF data over the US and I’d like to add some text (and maybe also a marker) at various locations to indicate key landmarks such as cities. Thank you for any information.
This is a pretty important feature enhancement in my opinion. In the past, I’ve used the Image Renderer to display text that isn’t included in Vapor’s annotations like in the picture below, but it needs to be easier. Could you issue a feature request on our github issue tracker? Feel free to reference this thread. When outside users request features, they gain more traction.
Thanks for this suggestion. I can see that it’ll work but I agree it seems like this could be easier. I issued a request on github.
